This Friday 6th August, from 6pm, sees local and visiting talent take to the stage at The Vault Arts Centre, Newton Stewart, for the regular open mic night. Spaces are limited, as we're still in Level 0, so advanced booking is recommended. We also still have some performance slots available!

Tickets are £5 for over 25s and £3 for under 25s and can be booked by clicking the button below.

We still have some performance slots available too so if you fancy getting up, you'l be supported by The Vault Arts Centre staff with a microphone and/or choice of in-house musical instruments and you'll be made very welcome indeed.  To book a slot, call 07970 359557 or e-mail info@thevaultartscentre.co.uk.

Full steam ahead for Autumn Trad Festival 2025

What a wonderful community of musicians, music lovers and supporters of arts and culture in Dumfries & Galloway we have! Tickets have been flying out the door for the 5th annual Autumn Trad Festival which will take place over 17th & 18th October featuring Tarran (Trio) and Swinging on Birches.

Autumn Trad Festival 2025 update

Despite best efforts to promote this year's Autumn Trad Festival - an event that champions young people in traditional music and which was due to celebrate its 5th annual event this year - a lack of funding and poor ticket sales may see the event cancelled.
