D&G Life Awards Finalists!

Chairperson Billy and Festival Director Nathon are off to the D&G Life Awards this evening (9th Nov) to represent Trad Music Trust and the Newton Stewart & Minnigaff Traditional Music & Dance Festival which has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Tourism Champion category.

We are delighted to have been shortlisted this year and are very much looking forward to our evening at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries and being guests of the fantastic D&G Life Magazine. Fingers crossed we scoop an award for the festival but, whatever happens, we're chuffed to bits to get to the finals and to have the event recognised in such a way.  Thanks to everyone who voted.

We'd like to wish all the nominees the very best of luck tonight, in all categories, but particulary events, businesses, organisations and individuals in Wigtownshire and over in the West.
