After months of planning, preparation and incredible work from the volunteer Board of Trustees of Trad Music Trust, the staff and team at The Vault Arts Centre and our wonderful local volunteers, this year's Newton Stewart & Minnigaff Traditional Music & Dance Festival gets underway this weekend!

Ciarán Ryan Band, Elizabeth Davidson-Blythe and Daniel Quayle, Amy Laurenson Trio (BBC Radio Scotland's Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2023), Flook, Jenn Butterworth and Will Pound make up this year's programme of incredible live music and entertainment; the very best in Scottish, Irish and World traditional music.

Programmes are available throughout the town and also at the Festival Office at The Vault Arts Centre which is open Friday-Sunday, 1pm-1am.
