Programme Update - Tim Edey

8 Jul 17
by Nathon Jones

Tim Edey

Due to circumstances entirely beyond his control, we are sad to announce that Tim Edey is unable to be here today for the workshop or concert. We wish Tim's wife Isobel, and baby who is on the way, well and we will announce a rescheduled performance by Tim in due course.

If you have purchased tickets for the guitar workshop you will, of course, receive a full refund.  Unfortunately, due to the short notice involved, we are unable to put a replacement in place for that.  We have, however, managed to secure the services of Ross Ainslie & Ali Hutton, winners of the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award 2017 for Best Duo, to perform in place of Tim at the finale concert at the McMillan Hall tonight from 7:30pm.

If you've any queries, please contact Festival Director Nathon Jones on 07762 064 298 or speak to someone at the Festival Office which you'll find, today, at the RBS Building on Victoria Street, The Belted Galloway and Creebridge House Hotel from 12noon - 5:00pm.
