Nothing says it like a photograph so we're delighted to launch our new photograph gallery which documents the festival since it's move from garden party and our commitment to increasing high-quality arts performances and opportunities in Wigtownshire to our first official event in 2014 and beyond.
We've had some of the best traditional musicians in the world performing in Newton Stewart & Minnigaff and have enjoyed some wonderful, unforgettable, performances not to mention the atmosphere at the festival, audience participation, education and learning opportunities, unbelievable tune and song sessions and general sillyness.
It really is a team effort and everyone who has taken part has always come away with a smile and memories of a fantastic event and experience in the beautiful surroundings of Newton Stewart, Minnigaff, Galloway Forest Park and Galloway Hills.
We'll be adding lots of photographs to the galleries in the coming weeks so please keep checking back as we've captured, with the help of our official photographers and our photography students, some really good images over the years which will give you a real feel for the festival.
If you've attended any of our events and have an image you'd like to see included, please e-mail it to festival@tradmusic.com and we'd be delighted to feature it.
