Anchor Lane plus support from The Uzis

Anchor Lane have built a reputation as a thrilling and dynamic live act through several successful UK Tours and appearances at numerous prominent music festivals such as Download, Isle of Wight, Stone Free, Belladrum, Steelhouse and Call of the Wild.

Anchor Lane were the first headline act of out rock nights back in October 2019 . From then they have grown form strength to strength and The Vault are delighted to have them back! We cannae wait!

2023 saw the release of the second Anchor Lane album ‘Call This A Reality?’. Garnering an abundant number of glowing reviews, the album immediately entered the Top Ten Official UK Rock & Metal Albums Chart, scoring the band back-to-back Top Ten placements following their debut album ‘Casino’. Notably in the Official UK album charts, ‘Call This A Reality?’ was #3 in the Record Store chart, #9 in the Scottish chart and #21 in the Independent chart.

Whilst citing a wide range of influences including Nothing But Thieves, Royal Blood, Biffy Clyro, Queens of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters. Conor, Lawrence and Graeme recorded ‘Call This A Reality?’ in Glasgow with producer Bruce Rintoul (Twin Atlantic, Fatherson, Vukovi).

Supporting Anchor Lane are The Uzis. They are a four piece from Dumfries who say that they are a chorus of harmonising angels soaring sonically like an eagle on the brink of nirvanic ecstasy. Or if that's hard to picture - Atlantis falling into the unfathomable depths of the cruel sea / Jurassic line dancing / A legion of Apocalyptic horsemen cutting the human race down like ripe wheat. etc.
