Good Guy Hank bring all of the heartbreak, joy and everything in-between with blistering bluegrass country guitar, lightning mandolin, virtuoso fiddle playing and three part harmonies galore! The Fountaineers hail from Glasgow and blend vocal harmonies with buoyant musical improvisation.

The Ciarán Ryan Band + Elizabeth Davidson-Blythe & Daniel Quayle

The live outfit “Ciarán Ryan Band” was formed in Edinburgh, Scotland following the release of his debut solo album "Banjaxed" which was shortlisted for "Album of the Year" at the Scots Trad Music Awards. Support from Boston fiddler Elizabeth Davidson-Blythe and Daniel Quayle from the Isle of Man.

Born on this day in 1759 in Alloway, in Ayrshire, and laid to rest in Dumfries where he died on 21st July 1796, we hope you'll settle down with haggis, neeps and tatties for tea and raise a dram, and hopefully a song and/or poem or two along the way, to celebrate the life and work of Robert Burns.

It wasn't to be...this time!

What a fantastic evening at the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards on Sunday night at the Caird Hall in Dundee, and though the festival didn't come away with first prize, it was an absolute honour to be nominated alongside such incredible national events. Huge congratulations to winners HebCelt!
